1. Processing Time: Orders ( Ready Busy books and single page games)  are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized products ( from Customize your own busy book) will be shipped within 10 days of placing the order

2. Shipping Rates and Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

3. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

4. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within [India]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
